Service status
We run the Service continuously. A worker on the application host checks the public site artifact, sign-in health, and worker health. Two failures in a row send email to the support alert mailbox. FedM8 LLC has not published a numeric uptime percentage. Do not treat this page as an SLA. The SOC 2 practice page runs those public checks from this browser.

If something is down
Use the support form. Planned work that takes the Service offline will be noted there when we can give notice. Terms §12 Availability is the legal wording.
